Tribute to my Brother

(who by the way is now over 30)

In October of 1973, my brother, Kevin was born into this world.  He came into the world screaming and yelling.  I remember it well... mom wasn't too happy when she saw him.

Well, we grew up to be good little infants and we got along great.  Every once in a while Kevin would say something stupid and I'd have to jack him upside his face, but that wasn't too often.  As infants, we did everything together.  mom and dad were proud of us me.  while i set my sights on the stars, he, well, didn't.  once I even broke a cigar in half to share with kev.  those were good times.  fun.  neat.

Soon we were young teenagers with nothing to do but make trouble.  Kevin was more into girls than I was, and he started dating some real cuties.  He also took up drawing around the same time.  it wasn't a good idea.

Before we knew it, Kev was in love.  He ended up marrying his high-school sweetheart and moving to Mississippi.  He got himself a job as a cop, and before ya know it he and his wife had a little baby. soon they had another, and he joined the Mississippi National Guard.  But the marriage was gettin' rocky.  seems the new house that kev bought (complete with windchimes) was yet another financial strain on the couple.  soon kev had to sell the yacht, the limo, motor home and the SUV.  it was sad.

well, the divorce wasn't so bad and kev survived.  he's held many jobs since then, including pixie, cowboy slut, and diaper model.  he's still in the Guard, and getting old.

Happy Birthday, Kev.  Love ya.
